Refund Policy

All paid event pass sales are final, with limited discretionary coupons or refunds when Inner Product decides they are appropriate.

All sales are final

Except where required by law, all paid Inner Product event pass sales are final. Inner Product does not offer refunds as a standard policy.

Why Inner Product uses this policy

Inner Product tries to keep event prices low and affordable for users. To ease administrative overhead and keep the product simple, Inner Product does not handle routine refunds or individualized refund reviews.

No-shows, cancellations, and technical issues

Refunds are not provided for attendee no-shows, late arrivals, missed events, user cancellations, unsupported devices, poor connectivity, local settings, user error, event cancellations, event rescheduling, or IT system issues.

Discretionary coupons or refunds

If an event cancellation or IT system issue is completely due to Inner Product's fault, Inner Product may, at its sole discretion, offer a free coupon or credit for a future event. Under certain circumstances, Inner Product may also offer a refund. Coupons, credits, and refunds are never guaranteed and are completely at Inner Product's discretion unless required by law.

Safety and rule enforcement

Inner Product may remove a user from an event without refund for fraud, harassment, abuse, exploitation, trafficking concerns, payment abuse, safety risk, or violation of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

Promotions and free passes

Free passes, promotional credits, discounts, and launch credits have no cash value and are not refundable unless Inner Product states otherwise.

Billing questions

Billing questions can be sent to support@innerproduct.com with a subject that starts with BILLING. Include your account email, event name, purchase date, and Stripe receipt or payment identifier if available. Contacting Inner Product does not create a refund right or guarantee a coupon, credit, or refund.
