How to get help, submit a private report, and understand Inner Product's moderation and appeals process.

Help is available when you need it
Most Inner Product events are ordinary, respectful conversations. Safety tools stay out of the way unless you open them, but they remain available during a room and after an event.
A small Safety button opens private reporting and this information. Leaving a video room and filing a report are separate choices: you may leave whenever you want and report immediately or later.
How to report
- Open Safety from an event or video room to submit a private report.
- Open Safety on any prior encounter card to report that specific match.
- Use the report link in a mutual-match email to return to that encounter's private report form.
- Email support@innerproduct.com with a subject starting with SAFETY if you cannot access the in-product form.
What happens after a report
The report is saved with its event, match, round, category, urgency, time, and any screenshots you choose to attach. The other attendee is not shown your report.
During scheduled live events, an on-call moderator receives report notifications and can review new reports from the private admin event view. The moderator can acknowledge a report, remove an attendee from that event, or restrict an account pending broader review.
Enforcement
Depending on the available information and seriousness of the concern, Inner Product may take no immediate action, warn a user, remove someone from an event, restrict an account pending review, suspend or ban an account, preserve safety records, or contact appropriate authorities when necessary and lawful.
Reports from two distinct users may automatically restrict an account pending human review. A report does not itself prove wrongdoing, and moderation decisions consider the available event and account evidence.
Appeals
A person whose account is restricted may email support@innerproduct.com with a subject starting with SAFETY APPEAL. Include the account email and any context that may help review the decision. Appeals receive human review, but Inner Product may limit details about another person's report for privacy and safety.
Privacy and monitoring
Inner Product does not record or transcribe ordinary one-to-one video rooms and does not use automated speech bans. Moderation relies on user reports, event and account records, optional user-provided screenshots, and human review.
Emergencies
Inner Product is not an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. You can still submit an Inner Product report afterward so the account and event can be reviewed.
